Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items that show signs of use beyond inspection (writing, highlighting, water damage, dog-eared pages, etc.) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% or refused for refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Bible arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or binding error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@tewahedopress.com with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged copy. You are not charged for return shipping in this case.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@tewahedopress.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior RMA may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm the outcome.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Bible for a different binding or language, follow the return process above and indicate "Exchange" in your email. We will ship the new item once we have received the original, or you may place a new order and we will refund the original once received.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright reasons, the following are not eligible for return: customized or personalized items, items shipped digitally (such as ebook downloads), gift cards.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated duties. We are not able to reimburse import duties already paid to the destination country.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has shipped (typically within 1 business hour of placing the order). Email support@tewahedopress.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the standard return process applies.

10. Statutory Rights (EU / UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day satisfaction guarantee above. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. We will refund the price paid (including standard original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
