Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from our fulfillment center in Indian Shores, Florida to all 50 US states, DC, Puerto Rico, and US military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military APO/FPO addresses may take 1–3 additional business days.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 38 countries. Carriers used include USPS International, DHL Express, and FedEx International depending on destination.

Final rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Tewahedo Press has no control over and cannot estimate these charges, which vary by country. Customs offices may delay packages; we are unable to control transit times beyond shipping carrier promises.

For shipments to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia, applicable VAT/GST may be collected at the time of delivery by the local postal authority. Refused parcels resulting in return-to-sender are subject to the same terms as a customer-initiated return.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact support@tewahedopress.com.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping fees will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact support@tewahedopress.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. If a tracked package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan; we will work with the carrier to locate it or, where eligible, file an insurance claim.

7. P.O. Boxes & Restrictions

We can ship to US P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage. Express and overnight options are not available to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

8. Backorders

In the rare event an item is backordered after your purchase, we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm whether you wish to wait or receive a refund.
